## Who provides Converted

Converted is the name of this service, based in Italy. The provider’s legal identity is still being completed; Converted is not presented here as a registered legal entity. Contact: access@undercurrent-network.digital. These draft terms must be completed and reviewed before activation.

## What the service does

Converted is Windows software for compatible file conversions, downloading supported YouTube links to audio or video, and changing audio speed and pitch. Available formats depend on the input and installed conversion components. Some Office conversions require LibreOffice; media tools use FFmpeg. A conversion can lose information or change quality. MP3 is a lossy format, including at its highest available bitrate. Keep the original and check the result before relying on it.

File conversion and audio editing run on the PC. Link downloads contact YouTube and its delivery servers. An account and an internet connection are used for account-based conversion features and cloud history. Account-free local audio editing does not establish a cloud conversion history. The website’s interactive demonstration is not a web file converter.

## Accounts and eligibility

The product minimum is 16 completed years. This is a product access rule, not a statement that everyone aged 16 can enter every contract in every country. Any additional rules on contractual capacity and parental authorization still apply. Supply an accurate birth date for the eligibility check, confirm your email, accept the applicable terms and acknowledge the privacy notice. Do not share credentials or impersonate another person. Contact us if you believe an account has been compromised.

A new identity awaiting email confirmation or required onboarding cannot use account-based tools. Existing accounts may be asked to acknowledge an updated set of documents; no earlier acceptance is assumed.

## Permitted use

Use only files and links you have the right to process and download. Respect copyright, platform terms and applicable law. Do not use Converted to bypass access controls or DRM, distribute malware, attack the service or access another person’s account. Link availability and permissions can change. Converted does not grant rights in third-party content.

## Price, updates and availability

Converted currently has no conversion credits, subscriptions or paid plans. Future paid features would require separately disclosed conditions; these terms do not authorize a future charge. The app notifies you of updates and lets you choose whether to download them. Installation may require a restart. Third-party component downloads and the service need network access. Compatibility and availability can change; no result, uninterrupted service or recovery of files is guaranteed. This does not exclude any mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## Reviews and account requests

Reviews require a completed account-based conversion and are moderated before publication. Do not include private information or unlawful material. We may hide a review that breaches these rules. Contact access@undercurrent-network.digital for support, export or account deletion. Deleting the account does not delete files already saved on your PC. Necessary security restrictions may be applied to misuse; contact us to contest an account restriction.

## Changes and applicable rights

Published versions remain archived. Material changes requiring a fresh acceptance are presented before continued account-based use. Italian law is the proposed governing law, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction available to consumers in their country of residence. Final provider identification, contract-capacity handling and dispute provisions require professional review before these draft terms become effective.
